Introducing the Pharmacy First service

Understanding the changes in primary care: the new Pharmacy First service was an opportunity for patients to hear about this new service that more than 10,000 community pharmacies in England are offering. Our panel of experts explained how patients can get treatment for seven common conditions without the need for a GP appointment or prescription, at their local pharmacy. The patient member of the panel asked questions on behalf of all patients.
