Give in memory

Giving in memory is a special way to help you remember a loved one, supporting a cause that would have been important to them.

Your donation can help us to be there for patients, their carers and their families, providing advice and support when they have nowhere else to turn.  Your In Memoriam gift can also help us to campaign for lasting change in our health and social care to help future patients and their families.

There are many ways in which you can give to the Patients Association in honour of a friend or family member.

Funeral donations

You may wish to invite friends and family to give donations in lieu of flowers. This can usually be arranged for you by a funeral director.

Anniversary donations

You can choose to mark an important anniversary or occasion with a donation.  You can make a donation online or by sending a cheque payable to The Patients Association to:

Patients Association, PO Box 935, Harrow, HA1 3YJ

Tribute funds

Setting up a tribute fund can be a lasting way of honouring the memory of a loved one.

Take on a challenge

Many supporters now choose to take on a challenge in order to remember a loved one.  If you'd like to run, swim, trek or climb a mountain in memory of a friend or family member, visit our fundraising page to find out more about how to get involved.

Thank you

Thank you for considering celebrating the life of your loved one by making a gift to the Patients Association. If you would like to talk to us about ways to make an in memory donation, please contact Shivani Shah on 020 8423 9111.
