Trustee vacancy We are looking for trustees to join our board to help the charity deliver on its new five-year strategy, true patient partnership. We’re looking for someone who shares our vision of empowered patients able to access the health and care services they need to live well. The Patients Association is an independent charity that campaigns for improvements in health and social care for patients. We work in partnership with our members, patients and other organisations and speak to government, the NHS and other stakeholders about patients' priorities and concerns, to ensure the patient voice is heard and acted upon. We are looking for someone with a range of skills to join our board in particular finance, knowledge of digital healthcare, campaigning, or patient partnership. Familiarity with the UK’s health and social care sector is desirable. We are looking for someone who shares our values of compassion, inclusivity and empowerment. Individuals with relevant experience, who could progress to chairing relevant committees within the Patients Association trustee structure, are of particular interest. We welcome applications from potential trustees from a wide range of diverse backgrounds. We want to make sure that the people we represent, are represented on our Trustee Board.
