About our speakers

Chris Jamess is a solicitor in the Medical Negligence team at Bolt Burdon Kemp and has more than eight years’ experience in the legal profession. Since qualification in 2019, Chris has practised solely in the area of serious injury, both in the context of medical negligence and personal injury. He acts for adults, adolescents and children who have sustained a range of injuries due to substandard medical care or an accident.

Chris has filmed a video and written a short article for us with tips for making a complaint.

Josh Hughes is a partner and Head of Bolt Burdon Kemp’s Complex Injury team.

Since qualification in 2012, Joshua has specialised solely in representing claimants who have sustained serious injuries in a variety of circumstances; from road traffic accidents, to accidents at work to injuries caused in a healthcare setting.  Working on behalf of both adults and children, he has developed considerable expertise across both complex accident and medical negligence claims.
