Another workshop from our work to develop GP Practice Patient Groups (PPGs) in partnership with Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board. This time, communicating with patients. 

At this workshop we discussed:

• Why good communication matters
• The benefits for patients and practices
• Different communication methods
• Link between good communication and patient satisfaction
• How the ICB can support
• Impact of voice messages on patients.
