The Patients Association has published its general election manifesto.

Patients can't wait, our manifesto, is clear about what we believe the next Government must do to ensure more people can get the care they need and to make patient partnership a reality across health and care services.

Our key demands of the next Government are:

• Take patient partnership from theory to practice
• Make increasing the availability of quality care a national priority
• Place health at the heart of government
• Deliver genuine two-way communication between patients and health and care services
• Provide the workforce patients need.
