Get involved Patient involvement opportunities Share your experiences of social prescribing This is a joint project between the National Academy for Social Prescribing (NASP) and the Patients Association. NASP is a national charity that champions social prescribing, connecting people to non-medical activities, groups, and services to improve their health and wellbeing. We support communities by building partnerships, boosting investment, and raising the profile of social prescribing. The Patients Association aim to amplify patient voices and ensure they are heard, acted on and embedded in how healthcare is delivered. We listen to patients, translate their experiences into evidence, and use that evidence to influence policy, and hold systems to account.Together, we are surveying anyone who has ever had support from a Socal Prescribing Link Worker, so we can learn about your experiences. With this information, NASP can ensure its strategy supports the provision of the best and most appropriate social prescribing services for all. This survey closes at midnight on Sunday 26th June.
