Supporting volunteer members of PPGs

Around three million people volunteer in the health and care service.

Patient members of general practice Patient Participations Groups - or patient groups as they are called in Hertfordshire and West Essex - are all volunteers.

In this 15-minute video, hear how having a diverse group of volunteers helps build trust, reduces health inequalities, and improves services. It also discusses how to recruit and support those volunteers.
