On the 12th March 2012 the Patients Association will be launching a pilot scheme with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
The aim of this pilot – known as ‘Tell us about your care’ - is to assess how the feedback received via our Helpline can inform the regulatory work of the CQC. In turn they will provide us with an update on the action taken as a result of people’s feedback.
Learning from the pilots, which will run for six months, will be used to help the CQC continue to improve the way they gather and use information from people who use services, their families and carers about their experiences of care.
