We are keen to work with NHS and other health and social care organisations, and we offer an annual programme of organisational membership. This incorporates a range of benefits, such as setting up and delivering projects to help improve patient and carer experiences of health and social care. Together in the spirit of co-production and shared decision-making we achieve the aim of ‘nothing about us without us’.
Our good practice standards and review process were recommended by Sir Robert Francis QC in his report and since then we have worked with many NHS trusts and developed other ways to help improve complaints handling. These can be provided individually or you can have a package built up from these different components.
