The Patients Association has published its 2020 annual review.

Our 2020, like everyone else, was dominated by the pandemic: from becoming a virtual organisation overnight, to our major Pandemic Patient Experience survey, much of what we did related to the effect of the lockdown and changes to NHS services.

Despite the pandemic, we continued our work. We developed our new strategy for the next five years to make true patient partnership a reality, delivered our report Being A Patient, the first from our programme of work on patient experience, and continued to work with patients.
