The health and care system is under tremendous pressure because of the coronavirus outbreak.

Because of this, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) has stopped all its routine inspections of health and social care providers, so that they can focus on their job.

However, it’s still essential for patients to have a voice, and to be able to give feedback on their care.

CQC are therefore relying on patients to tell them about their care. You can do this direct to the CQC via an online form, or you can do it via our helpline.

They are also running a survey of patients’ experiences during the coronavirus outbreak. To take part in this, and use the online feedback form, visit the CQC website.
