Our AGM is taking place on 8 October 2019, from 2pm and we're delighted that we're able to stream the meeting live online this year.

We'll be updating our members on:

  • Our strategy and objectives for the future
  • Our achievements in 2018/19
  • Our current and future policy and campaigning work
  • Our work with NHS Trusts and other organisations to improve patient care
  • Our helpline and the themes people contact us about.

We are also hosting a panel who will discuss the subject of "Improving Patients' Experience" - including Kirit Mistry, a patient with type 2 diabetes, Cyrilene Cullen, a carer for her son Fergus, and Yvonne Coghill OBE, Director for Workforce Race Equality for NHS England. We're looking forward to a lively discussion, with opportunities for members attending the meeting in person to share their thoughts too.

The AGM is your opportunity to hear how the charity is growing, elect Trustees, and find out more about how you can contribute to our work and future priorities.

Watch online

For the first time, we’ll be live-streaming our AGM for viewers across the UK, ensuring that those who can't join us on the day, can still feel part of the meeting. The live-stream will go live when the meeting begins, at 2pm, 8 October, 2019.
