If you use Twitter, there are numerous easy ways to use it to contact your local candidates. If you're unsure what to say, see our template messages for ideas.

Tweet Your Candidate

Enter your post code, to be shown your constituency and candidates, with their Twitter accounts. You can then send a message to all the candidates who are on Twitter.

This is another way of finding your candidates on Twitter. All constituencies are listed alphabetically; find yours and you will see a Twitter list of candidates for the seat you live in.

Enter your post code to identify your parliamentary constituency, plus other useful boundaries such as your local authority area, council ward, Clinical Commissioning Group, and region.

These resources are all ‘open source’, which means they rely on individual users entering information, so if you know of candidates who aren’t listed you can add their information yourself. (They are developed independently of the Patients Association, and we are not responsible for what happens when you use them.)
