Yolande joined the Patients Association in March 2011 as Office Manager having come from a background of Industrial Recruitment Consultant. Prior to this she spent time travelling Asia and Australia.
Yolande’s role at the Patients Association is predominately to ensure that the office runs in a smooth and efficient manner, whilst acting as a support to colleagues. In addition, Yolande deals with membership subscriptions and queries, press enquiries and is the first point of contact for all members of the public.
She thoroughly enjoys the opportunity to gain an insight into the work of the Helpline and Campaigning Projects and is looking forward to watching it grow in the future.
