Royal Colleges Liaison Groups

17/09/2007 - 17/09/2007

On 17th September the Patient Liaison Groups of the Royal Colleges joined the Patients Association to investigate the main topics affecting patients within their Groups: patient safety, training of surgeons and communications.  It was a most constructive morning which participants were keen to repeat in 2008.

Trustee, Roswyn Hakesley-Brown and Director of Communications, Katherine Murphy chaired the event which took place at the Royal Society of Medicine. The meeting was very successful and not only offered a useful insight into patient experiences but will form the basis of future Patients Association work.
